With 17 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, spanning ages 2 to over 90. Throughout my career, I've honed my expertise in trauma therapy, specializing in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

My practice is dedicated to supporting teens and adults grappling with a range of mental health concerns, from general mood disorders to the profound impacts of recent or childhood trauma. I believe in providing a safe and compassionate space for healing and growth.
